Contact Daily Tails before returning any item so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Do not mail a return to an address unless we have authorized it.
Return window and condition
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Unless an item is defective or incorrect, products must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging where applicable. Any exclusions will be explained where applicable and permitted by law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email marvinstorerep@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description, and clear photos.
Return shipping and refunds
Return shipping is free and we will provide a return label. A 4% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for approved change-of-mind returns. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after review; banks or payment providers may take additional time to post them. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
